What should I include in an inquiry?
Include the application, dimensions, estimated quantity, operating environment and target delivery date. Send drawings or reference images by email if available.
Can I inquire without complete drawings?
Start with the equipment application, installation position and functional needs. Photos of an existing sample can help us discuss the design and materials.
How are materials, pricing and lead time confirmed?
Dimensions, materials, construction, printing requirements and quantity affect the specification. Submit your requirements so technical details, pricing and delivery can be agreed.
How can I send drawings or photos?
